In a time when there are so many Super Bowl Parties to choose from, Which one do you choose? Well I’ve got the answer, The Triad Area Wesleyan Super Bowl party hosted at CWC, of course! Why? Well its simple…Bigger Screen, open gym, more people, more games, more food, and rediculously long name = more fun! So why not join us at 6pm until the end of the game on Feb 1st. It will only cost you $3.

Hey, if any of you CWC youth and young adults could help this Saturday, we are gonna meet at 10 AM to drive around putting up flyers for these two events/placing them on cars/putting on sides of mailboxes. We did this last year and it was quite a hit, so we will be doing it THIS SATURDAY AT 10 AM!!!
We will need 3 groups at least, so please let Andria know ASAP if you can help out. It’ll really help get the word out about next week’s VBS and Union Cross Café. We will probably go to the Food Lion parking lot, Target in Kernersville, surrounding neighborhoods and possibly a couple of places in Winston-Salem that have bulletin boards and such for advertising. This will be a great week of ministry and community, so please help us!!!
Thanks!

I’ve got some exciting news for you all! I just got an email back from Kurt Salierno. He is the pastor of Church on the Street in Atlanta, GA, which is basically a church for the homeless of Atlanta. It is an incredible ministry and I have tons of respect for Kurt Salierno. I am pumped about the chance to go and be a part of their ministry this summer. We will provide necessary repair for one of the homeless shelters, serve meals to the homeless, and go out on the streets with Kurt to talk to and minister to the homeless in Atlanta. I already know this we be an awesome trip, and I encourage you to pray about going this summer. I know God will do amazing things in your life as well as the lives of those we come into contact with.
